If you had previously been undecided, but have now decided to join us, please let me know within the next ten days, as we have to finalise numbers.

I am so sorry that I won't be able to meet you all this year, but hopefully next. It's been absolutely wonderful to have met so many of you online and I've waited this long because I wasn't sure if it would be possible or not and now it looks as though it won't. I hope you have an amazing time together and I'll book my place for next year now.
